She was predeceased by: her parents, Smith Butler Gambill and Charlotte Gouge Gambill; her husband Earl J. Potter; her daughter Tammy Potter; and her siblings, Henry Gambill, Pate Gambill, Tobe Gambill, Roy Gambill, James Gambill and Mary Gambill.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Crowder (ED) of Mountain City, Mark Potter of Mountain City and Jim Potter of Mountain City; her grandchildren, Tammy Smith (Billy) of Mountain City and Kevin Potter of Mountain City; her great grandchildren, Abby and Jadynn; her pet Sadie; and her close friends, Effie Gambill, Myrle Payne, Beulah Clampitt and Earlene Crowder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
