She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Norris and Ila Thelma Reece Norris; her husband Floyd Harper; her son Wayne Harper; her son-in-law Lester Rominger; and her siblings, Elizabeth Horne, Laura Sue Norris, Josephine Revelle, Catherine Absher, Junior Clay Norris, Mack Norris and Jimmy Dean Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Harper (Carol), Thelma Garner (Ken) and Sue Rominger; her grandchildren, Kevin Rominger (Luray), Beverly Rominger, Jason Garner (Laura), Logan Garner (MyKayla Woods) and Katie Harper-Waterman (A. J.); her great grandchildren, Jesse Rominger, Olivia Gurley, Harper Gurley, Isaac Garner, Farrah Garner and Silas Garner; her stepgreat-grandchildren, William DeJonge (Caroline) and Ryan DeJonge; her siblings, Carrie Pennington, Betty Stanley, Kate Stanley (J. E.), Louise Morefield (Harold) and Tommy Jack Norris; and her great grandchild Kacie Rominger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
