He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis Winebarger; his daughters, Gloria Payne (James) and Karen Winebarger; his grandchildren, Tyrel Winebarger, Ryan Payne, Thea Ball (Jesse) and Trace Cannon (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Kenton Ball, Kaydilee Ball, Corbin Darnell and Desmond Ball. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
