He was predeceased by: his father Leo Harper; and his brothers, Lynn Harper and Hillary Harper. He is survived by: his mother Frances Harper; his daughters, Cecilia Wentworth, Kay Harper, Paula Harper and Loraina Nesbet; his siblings, Brenda Collins, Anita Hopkins, Robert Harper, Rick Harper and Steve Harper; his grandchildren, Lucas Wentworth, Serena Wentworth and Jasmine Wentworth; and his close friends, Devin Scarborough and Kirby Proffitt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
