He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Allen and Virgie Allen; his wife Minnie Allen; his children, Belinda Wilson, Kenneth Allen and Keith Allen; his great grandchild Evan Fritts; his son-in-law Bill Stout; his siblings, Carolyn Reece, Volleen Russell, Coy Allen, Troy Allen and Harold Allen; his nephew Danny Allen; and his close friend Dorsey Fletcher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Stout of Mountain City, TN and Glenda Fritts (Jackie) of Mountain City, TN; his sisters, Ruth Garland and Christine Laws; his grandchildren, Alan Kyte, Jackie, Jessie, Buck, Kevin Fritts, Angie Ward, Josh, Keith Allen, Brad and Kurt Wilson; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Cassidy Ward, Lyric, Kevin, Trevor Fritts, Masyn, Madison Allen, Ethan, Avery Wilson, Rayne and Raven Allen; his great great grandchildren, Bryson and Braylon Ward; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brittany and John Paul Russell; and his great great grandchildren, Piper and Kashton Carpenter.
