She was predeceased by: her parents, Ciscero Rutter and Iva Dean Rutter; her husband Robert Shelton Shepherd; and her siblings, Margaret Manuel, Herbert Rutter, Lester Rutter and Sam Rutter.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Ray Shepherd and Robert Stewart Shepherd; and her siblings, Shelby Hodge, Lois Roark, Betty Henson, Glenda Shepherd, David Rutter and Larry Rutter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
