She was predeceased by: her father Rudy Pennington; her husband James Wade; her children, Kimberly Ann Mahala and Jerry Mahala; her siblings, Joyce Pennington, Ella Vanover, Pauline McHaffey, Iva Lee Smithey, Bartie Ernest Pennington, Ralph Pennington, Herbert Pennington and Thomas Pennington; her grandson Matthew Clemens; and her great grandchild Corbin Clemens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Addrena Parsons (Chad) and Sherry Osborne (Randy); her siblings, Barbara Roark, Margaret Lipford and Clyde Pennington; and her grandchildren, Richie McElyea, John Clemens, Nicole Foster, Crystal Ham, Ryan Price, Neica Mahala, Lance Mahala, Destiny Mahala and Jordan Dixon. She is also survived by several great -grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
