We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2021, at the age of 83, Nell Jean Dowell of Mountain City, Tennessee, born in Bristol, Virginia passed away. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Ray Dowell; her granddaughter Jennifer Hodge Barber; and her son-in-law Glen Heflin. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne DeCarlo (Frank), Deborah Kelley (Bill), Pamela Hodge (Terry), Sandra Hurley (Dan) and David H. Dowell (Roxanne). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
