She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Eggers and Nettie Eggers; her former husband Marshal Jessee; her husband C. C. Phillips; her son Wayne Jessee; and her brother Charlie Eggers.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Debbie Jessee; her sister Ella Rossie Skidmore; her grandchildren, Marie Jessee and Jacob Jessee; her great grandchildren, Beth Ann Jessee and Wayne Jessee; and her niece Phyllis Harmon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
