She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Lee Phillips and Sally Phillips; her husband Charlie Dyson; her son Daryl Dyson; and her children-in-law, Margie Dyson and Gale Farmer.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Farmer, Carol Gilley and Charles Dyson (Linda); and her close friend Pauline Pennington. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-granddaughters; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
