She is survived by: her husband Spencer Greer; her daughter Shannon Hockenberry; her grandchildren, Emma Lewis, Jude Lewis and Grey Lewis; her siblings, Darrell Lewis (Sharon), Patsy Patrick, JoAnn Richardson and Jeanette Reece; her daughter Amy Hockenberry; and her close friend Little Buddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
