We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Linda Johnson of Mountain City, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arles "Earl" Ward and Felcia M. Shores Ward; her husband Donald "Scott" Johnson; and her sister Phyllis Hammons. She is survived by: her grandsons, Laighthyn Crowder and Taryn Crowder; her brothers-in-law, Frank Johnson (Betty), Glenn "Cotton" Johnson and Richard Hammons; her niece Brenda Roark; and her close friends, Alice Gentry Hyte, Barbara Arnold, Joyce Crowder and Brenda Eggers. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mountain City Funeral Home (224 S Church St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605, or to Gideons International, P.O. Box 155, Mountain City, TN 37683.
