We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Lillian Lowe of Mountain City, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Estep and Golda Estep; her husband Delmer H. Lowe, Sr.; and her brother Jay G. Estep. She is survived by: her children, Frances Lowe Hodges (Gordon) of Smyrna, Georgia and Delmer H. Lowe, Jr. (Beverly) of Mountain City; and her siblings, Betty Huddleston of Butler and Hillie Estep of Atlanta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lillian's honor to Samaritan's Purse (P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607) or Gideon's International (P.O. Box 155, Mountain City, TN 37683).
