He was predeceased by: his parents, Kerry L. Smith (Smitty) and Barbara J. Cain Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Messer (Paul) of Athens and Ashley Wilson (Brandon); his grandchildren, Jordyn Smith, Avery Wilson and Ethan Wilson; his siblings, Debbie Blevins (Doug) of Warwick, Maryland and Timmy Smith of Northeast, Maryland; and his aunt Darell Leary of Elkton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain City Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
