He is survived by: his father Jim Mullen of Newark; his wife Teresa Mullen; his son Noah Mullen of Mountain City; his brothers, James Mullen of Newark, Shawn Mullen of Middletown and Brian Mullen (Kristie) of Newark; his nephew Hunter Mullen of Middletown; his nieces, Makenzie Mullen of Middletown and Angelina Mullen of Newark; his parents-in-law, Gene and Alma Hackney of Mountain City; and also Steven Hackney (Rita) of Zionville.
