With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Winters (Mountain City, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her father Noah Wayne Roark; her sister Rebecca McElyea; her parents-in-law, James and Pearl Winters; and her brothers-in-law, William Winters and Clinton Winters.
She is survived by: her mother Millie Osborne Roark; her husband Bruce Winters; her children, Wendy Shearin (Willis) and Fabian Winters; her siblings, Linda Coffey (Tom), Janice Bevil (Louis), Billie Faye Wallace, Judy Cafeo, Anita Atwood (Steve), Wayne Roark (Martha), Joe Roark (Shelby), Mark Roark (Donna), Daniel Roark (Keri) and Tywan Roark (Lovely); her grandchildren, Alexis Winters, Caden Winters and Lydia; her siblings-in-law, Linda Blevins (Gerald), Mary Dollar, Barbara Miller (Lane) and Michael Winters (Angel); and her family, Nelma, Sue, Anita, Faye, Jennifer, Gina, Kaylee and Wanda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain City Funeral Home (224 S Church St, Mountain City, TN 37683).
