She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Thomas and Ella Mae Thomas; her former husband Clarence "Buddy" Bazen; her brother Billy Thomas; and her stepson Jason Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Kelly, Sr.; her children, Anna Conner (Timmy), David Bazen (Ginny) and John Bazen; her stepchildren, Jamie Lee Bullock (Shannon), James Kelly, Jr. (Michelle) and Jeffrey Kelly (Leyanah); her brother Dickie Thomas (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Carolyn Conner Supple (Jonathan), James Dallas Conner, Anna Kate Bazen, Ella Bazen, Meghan Cox (Tyran), Nicholas Kelly (Rachel), Nathaniel Kelly, Micah Kelly (Hayley), Michael Bullock (Bekah), Alexandria Ruppe (Zachary), Gabriel Bullock, William Kelly, Emma Kelly, Grant Kelly and Kate Promise Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Cox, Evelyn Cox, Madelyn Cox, Jameson Bullock, Jack Bullock, Cecelia Kelly and Harrison James Kelly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (421 W Main St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
