He is survived by: his mother Frances Louise Wilson Harper of Mountain City, TN; his children, Savanah Harper of Butler, TN, Austin Harper of Butler, TN and Daniel Harper of Butler, TN; his siblings, Brenda Collins of Mountain City, TN, Anita Hopkins of Mountain City, TN, Rob Harper, Rick Harper, Steve Harper and Ronnie Harper; and his grandchildren, Cain, Layla, Leo and Serinity. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
