She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ray Caudill and Nellie Ruth Rash Caudill of Mountain City, TN.. She is survived by: her brother Samuel Dean Caudill (Susan) of Midland, NC; and her nephews, Jacob Caudill (Brittani) of Indian Land, SC, James McKinney (Dottie) of Conowingo, MD, Lonnie McKinney of Peach Bottom, PA and Raymond McKinney (Sandy) of Rising Sun, MD.. She is also survived by many great-nephews, great-nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children's, Hospital, Tampa, FL or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
