He is survived by: his wife Mary Pennington; his children, Linda McCoy, Ross McCoy and John McCoy; his siblings, Margaret Broomell (Ed), Raymond Pennington (Sue) and Oscar Pennington; his grandchildren, DelRausha McCoy, Mercedes McCoy, EliJah McCoy, Ross McCoy, Jaylen Saunders, Kaitlyn McCoy, Austin McCoy, Joshua McCoy, Nathaniel McCoy, Kanisha McCoy, LaDarral McCoy-Toomer and Antasia Campbell McCoy; and his great grandchildren, Zamiya Ellison, Tyron Brooks, Dameriyan Brooks, Tyania Brooks and Chase McCoy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
