He is survived by: his wife Margaret Clemmons Smith; his children, Marcus E. Clemmons, Stephanie McClain, Glenda Clemmons and Kionna S. Smith; and his sisters, Bobbie G. Smith and Clara E. Smith of Mtn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
