He is survived by: his children, Melissa Hackney (Jack) of Mountain City, TN and Ron Wills (Angie) of Mountain City, TN; his sister Mary Brock; his grandchildren, Anthony Spicer (Elysia) of Mountain City, TN, Brady Spicer of Mountain City, TN and Paige Wills of Mountain City, TN; and his great grandchildren, Zora Spicer and Doran Spicer. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
