He is survived by: his wife Sherry Church Lewis of Wilmington, NC; his children, Stephanie Lewis of Wilmington, NC, Miranda Lewis Wulf (Shawn) of Wilmington, India Lewis of Wilmington, NC and Chase Lewis of Wilmington, NC; his brother Larry Lewis (Ruby) of Boone, NC; and his grandchildren, Tristan (India), Cameron (India) and Aria (Miranda).
