He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Carver (Travis) and Amanda Bays; his siblings, Beulah Skeens, Virginia Kobart (Jenny), Earl Payne, James Payne and Ralph Payne; his grandchildren, Talley Jane, Ashlynne, Kayla, Jaden, Gage, Brianna, Madison, Cheyenne and Abriella (Abby); and his close friend Bill Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
