He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Dan; his parents, Sonny Osborne and Elsie Mae Gilliam Osborne; his brother Jesse Victor Osborne II; his daughters, Elizabeth Osborne Stout (Billy Jack Stout) and Adrienne Osborne (Don Hearl); his grandchildren, Trenten Winebarger, Haeleigh Thompson, Jace Stout, Daniel Osborne-Hearl and Elsie Osborne-Hearl; his significant other Ruth Ann Osborne; and his sister Kelly Osborne. He was also cherished by friends and family may visit the home of his daughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Shriners Hospital.
