She is survived by: her children, Annette Ford (Chris), Ken Bass (Melissa) and James Bass (Janine); her brother Kenneth Poole; her grandchildren, April Michelle Bass, Kenneth Ray Bass III, Jacob Bass and Dwayne Doyle Barnett; her great grandchildren, Emma Godsey, Caden Bass, Tucker David Bass and Truett Bass; her close friend Marsha; her caregiver Mary of Gentevia Hospice; and her pet Annie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
