James Osborne Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Osborne Sr. in Mountain City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Bill Osborne; his wife Diana Osborne; his mother Sue Oaks Carmack; and his siblings, Billie Jean Osborne and Roger Dale Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, James Wesley Osborne, Jr. of Tennessee and Lynn Rogers (Patrick) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Larry Osborne of Dayton, OH, Mike Osborne of Dayton, OH, Eddie Skidmore (Lisa) of Wise, VA, Jimmy Osborne of Florida, John Grove of Johnson City, TN, Ritchie Lee Ferguson of Pennington Gap, VA and Mildred June McReynolds of Powhatan, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to covid-19 state regulations, those attending the visitation and funeral are asked to wear masks/facial covering. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
