He is survived by: his mother Cora Mae Payne Head; his siblings, Dorothy Shupe (Mike) and Steve Stout; his niece Kim Hampton; his great-nephew Logan Hampton; and his aunt Betty Eller. He is also survived by many friends, neighbors, co-workers and his church family.
