We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Herman Edgar Spencer of Mountain City, Tennessee, born in Wytheville, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Logan Spencer and Emmie Rachel Payne Spencer; his daughter Helen Lynnette Cornett; and his siblings, Virginia Davis, Elbert Spencer, Clinton Spencer and Dewey Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel A. Blair (Tim) of Greensboro, NC and Timothy Norman Spencer of Greer, SC; his grandchildren, Justin Dale Whalen (Monica), David Blair (Allison), Tim Blair (Shauna), Heather Talley (Josh), Faith Simmons (Roby), Lauren Stagall (Josh) and Chelsea Cornett; and his siblings, Elsie Arthur, Carrie Elizabeth Jones, Linda Sykes, Susan Westmoreland and Tim Spencer, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
