He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dollar and Ola Ann Graham. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Dollar of Mountain City, TN; his sister Deborah Key of West Jefferson, NC; and his stepmother Lucy Dollar of West Jefferson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several special friends.
