He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Eugene Russ and Mary Jane Watson Russ; and his wife Rebecca Jackson Russ. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Russ; his brother Jimmy Russ (Connie); his stepson Conner Jackson; his sister-in-law Vivian Lester; his stepgranddaughter Iris Jackson; and his niece Ashley Russ Mummery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a local children's charity or a local animal rescue.
