He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Macon Wagner (Fred) and Rose Ella Potter Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Mary O. Wagner; his children, Diane May and David Wagner; his stepson Tim Osborne (Lisa); his grandchildren, Isaac May and Alyia May; and his stepgrandchildren, Chris Osborne and Sydney Osborne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
