She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Maines and Glenna Maines (Reynolds). She is survived by: her husband Fred Duncan Sr.; her children, Belinda Duncan and Fred Duncan Jr. (Jamie Arms); her sister Patricia Ann Maines Riggs (Charles); her granddaughters, Brittany Keller (Lonnie) and Brandi Greer; and her great grandchildren, Christian Keller and Gabriel Keller.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain City Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
