He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Parsons and Purdie Phillips Parsons; and his sisters, Pauline Parsons and Evalee Parsons. He is survived by: his sisters, Ethel Tester, Delcie Parks and Leona Roark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
