He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forrester and Dorothy Forrester (Jeri Forrester). He is survived by: his significant other Jeri Forrester; his siblings, Gary Michael Forrester and Beverly Forrester Rutter; his nephews, Chris Mahan and Steve Blevins; his daughters, Tina Forrester and Debbie Forrester Isley (Kenny Isley); his siblings, Phyllis Blevins (Blackie), Lois Wright, Jack Forrester (Barbara), Norma Blevins (Ken) and Scott Forrester (Shirley); and his pet Kobe Andrew. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as his constant companion.
