He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Arlie Mains and Rosa Mains; his grandson Isaiah Blevins; and his niece Danielle Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Roark; his daughters, Pamela Blevins and Christie Garcia; his grandchildren, Savannah Blevins, Hayden Phillips, Emma and Tyler Earp; his great grandchild Taegan Earp; his parents, Spencer Roark and Ferry Roark; and his brothers, Dan Roark and Steve Roark (Lauren).
