He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Cecily Faulks (Jason) of Butler, TN and Justin Cotten (Dana) of Trade, TN; his sister Linda Volk (Carl) of West Palm, FL; his grandsons, Jason and Evan; and his close friends, Marcus and Mike. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
