Douglas Hartley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Hartley (Mountain City, Tennessee), who passed away on June 12, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlie Hartley and Rosalee Hartley; his son Douglas Carroll Hartley, Jr.; his brothers, L. D. Hartley, Jesse Hartley, Dewey Hartley and Gene Hartley; and his half-siblings, Cindy Phillips, Maxine Whaley and Wayne Hartley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hartley; his children, Sara Southall (Rami) and Bobby Hartley; his siblings, Hazel Clawson (Johnny), Lucille Gardner, R. L. Hartley (Paulette) and Dennis Hartley (Judy); his half-brother Basil Hartley; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Conway (Gaye) and Larry Conway (Kathy); his granddaughter Eleanor Southall; and his close friends, Roy Bailey, Gary Bowman (Lisa), J. R. Bunton, George, Velma Bunton, JoAnn Cable, Lowell Trivette and Stephanie Barlow. He is also survived by daughter; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many more special friends.
