It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Scott (Mountain City, Tennessee), born in Shady Valley, Tennessee, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Taylor Jenkins and Nelle Mae Neely Jenkins; her husband Charles Alton Scott; and the father of her child Loyd Lowe. She is survived by: her daughter Lorrie Shumate (John); her brother Carroll Jenkins (Eloise); and her nephews, Jeff Jenkins (Cindy) and Greg Jenkins (Tabitha).
