She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Hoover Rupard; her parents, Charles William and Mary Melvinna Blevins; and her siblings, Rachel McKenzie, Janet Coyne, Gomer Blevins and Pete Blevins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Ward (Tracy) and Pam Savery (Bob); her grandchildren, Clark Ward, Kyle Savery (Catherine) and Ryan Savery; her brother Paul Blevins (Marsha); and her sisters-in-law, Joanne Blevins, Beulah Robinson and Janet Rupard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
