It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Tester Hamby (Mountain City, Tennessee), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ellis Tester; and her siblings, Barry Wiggens of Pennsylvania, Michele Sanderlon and Barbara Tester. She is survived by: her mother June Elvertie Tester; her husband Ricky Hamby; her daughter Belinda Tester; her siblings, Linda Davis (Earl) of Mountain City, TN, Peggy Baker of Florida, Carolyne Sanders of Lenoir, NC, Cathy Lynch of Pennsylvania, Gary Tester, Eddie Tester of Mountain City, TN and Jimmy Edwards; her grandchildren, Kayla Tester, Dylan Nichols and Chloe Lipford (Kenneth Lipford); and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Cervantes, Sadie Nichols and Carson Lipford. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
