He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Dana Lewis; and his brothers, Claude Lewis and Dexter Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis; his children, Becky Dowell (Bobby), Pam Blackburn (Jerry) and Bobby Lewis (Mary); and his siblings, Annie Parker, Bonnie Wright, Eleanor Wyatt, Earl Lewis, Norman Lewis and Archie Lewis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
