He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Smith and Cecil Smith; and his siblings, Sandra Kay Bloomer and Jerry Smith. He is survived by: his brother Rick Smith (Amanda Smith); and his daughters, Jessica Muncy and Sarah Smith. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and 4 grandchildren.
