David L. Dugger Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2020, at the age of 90, David L. Dugger (Mountain City, Tennessee), born in Butler, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dugger and Lina Dugger (Isaacs); his siblings, Maude Skelton, Fred, Earl and Jack Dugger; and his great grandchild Madeleine Rose Vojacek.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Dugger; his daughters, Denise Miller Cincinnati and Sheila Slagle (Terry); his grandchildren, Jessica Gainor of Chesterland, Megan Vojacek (Matthew), Hannah, Jenna Miller and Joshua Slagle of Chesterland, OH; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Mikayla Gainor, Benjamin Alexander and Theodore Vojacek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family asks everyone to please recognize and observe COVID 19 guidelines of social distancing and masks.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in David's memory to Bakers Gap Baptist Church, attention Vida Bunting, 3972 Big Dry Run Road, Butler, TN 37640.
