He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Horne and Alease Lois Horne; his former wife Betty Hodges Horne; his siblings, Bud Horne (Diana), Tom Horne and Susan Norris; and his stepson Kenny Phillips.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Darren Phillips, Donnie Phillips and Patty Roberts; his sisters, Dorothy Matheson and Jane Miller (Larry); his brother-in-law Doug Norris; and his close friend Shannon Courtner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
