Cecil Thomas Sheppard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Thomas Sheppard (Mountain City, Tennessee), born in Stone Mountain, Georgia, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sheppard and Elizabeth "Prince" Latham Sheppard; his brother Gilbert Sheppard; and his brother-in-law Johnnie Browder. He is survived by: his wife Carol Royston Sheppard; his daughters, Monica Gail Sheppard and Jennifer Leigh Sheppard; his sister Carolyn Browder; his sisters-in-law, Regina Clifton (Del) and Kris Otts; and his granddaughter Ramsey Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Emory & Henry College in Memory of Cecil Sheppard.
