He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Osborne and Rebecca Church Osborne; and his siblings, Bill, Jack, Fred, Edgar Osborne and Linda Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lewis Osborne; his sisters, Phyllis Bouchelle (Duane) and Patricia Osborne; and his stepsons, Duane Thomas, Billy Thomas and Eddie Leathern. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
