He is survived by: his son Christian Ivo Lysiak of Trade, TN; his mother Lynne Lysiak of Trade, TN; his half-sister Kimberley Weeks of Colorado Springs, CO; and his close friends, Peggy Wagner, Sue Kepic, Gail and Mic McDonald. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
