He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Guy and Wilma Jean Clawson Guy; his wife Nancy; his grandparents, Carly Guy, Alice Morgan Guy, John Raleigh Clawson and Maude Campbell Clawson; his siblings, James Edward Guy, Jr., Mary Katherine Guy (Kitty) and Joyce Ann Greene; and his nephew Shane Adams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Guy and Debbie Lowe; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Guy, Jarret Guy, Doug Guy, Chris Guy, Jr., Joshua Guy, Scott Guy, Clifford Greene III, Nick Greene, Vickie Holmes, Amanda Kimberlin, Brittany Guy and Stephanie Guy.
