He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Campbell and Dora Guinn Campbell; his brothers, Paul Campbell and Floyd Campbell; and his nephew Eric Campbell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Campbell (Barbara), Wanda Campbell and Margie Perkins (Albert); and his close friends, Jett Arnold and Harvey White.
